WELCOME

I help women navigate fitness training during pregnancy and postnatal periods and strengthen their core and pelvic floor to become strong, confident versions of themselves.

I am a personal trainer based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, and work with women to help you achieve your health and fitness goals with a specific emphasis on core and pelvic health. I particularly love working with pregnant and postnatal mums.

As a woman during our lives our bodies are continually changing (pregnancy, postpartum and the menopause) and sometimes these changes can leave us not recognising ourselves and wondering where the body we knew before has gone. My goal is to help you understand your body again and to be able to recognise what it needs in each of these chapters.

The changes experienced in pregnancy and birth last a lifetime. I want you to feel confident in your body and for that to last as you continue through motherhood and after that.

I’ll help you to build the strength you need to reach your fitness goals with an appreciation of what your changing body needs.

WHO AM I?

I am Allie. I am Mum to a little boy, I love dogs, mountain biking and the outdoors. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athletisicm Coach based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, UK.

WHAT I DO

No BS approach to training women. I work with women one on one and in small groups. 

6 x 45 min individual sessions £240 and 6 x 60 min sessions £300. Groups classes price on application.
