POSTNATAL GROUP STRENGTH CLASS

Postpartum is the time to reconnect, rebuild and strengthen our bodies, progressively.

 

Join me in an open, friendly class where you will learn to trust your body again, to reconnect to the areas you need to after pregnancy and birth, and build strength.

 

This class will give you:

 

⭐️ Breathwork - so you can link your breathing, core and pelvic floor together again. 

 

⭐️ Mobility and movement - to realign areas of your body like your pelvis, ribcage and spine that need help after taking on positions to help support your baby as it grew.

 

⭐️ Targeted strength work - so that you can learn to feel and use muscles like your glutes when you move, as well as progressively loading other muscles around the pelvic bowl. 

 

💪 Starts 11am 2nd June, runs weekly for six sessions until 7th July.

💪 Classes are 1 hour and babies welcome.

💪 Parking onsite.

💪 Limited to 10 people (some spaces are already filled)

💪 Classes held in Penn St, Beaconsfield.

💪 £90 for six week course
