SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Train with a small group of women

These small group classes are designed specifically for women during pregnancy, the first six to twelve weeks after birth and for anyone with pelvic floor weakness or diastasis (abdominal separation).

Rebuild your core and pelvic floor and return to fitness with a new understanding of your body in a small group class with other women. Learn how to correctly activate your pelvic floor and core to support your body through pregnancy and heal your body postpartum.

Sessions generally run in six week blocks on Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

STARTS 1 SEPTEMBER, 7.30 -  6 WEEK POSTNATAL PELVIC FLOOR AND CORE FOUNDATIONS COURSE

Recently had a baby and want to return to exercise but not sure how?

6 week course, delivered online via Zoom. Learn how to correctly activate your pelvic floor and core while getting your body moving again. Incorporate this into the activities that you perform everyday as a Mum (squat, hinge, push, pull, rotate and balance).
