CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR REHAB
Strengthen your core and pelvic floor
Missing out on activities with your children or for yourself because your body isn’t allowing you to join in isn’t the way it has to be for everyone.

After giving birth every woman should see a women's health physio to assess your core and pelvic floor function as sometimes these can be weakened during pregnancy and birth.

We can work together to help you strengthen your core and pelvic floor and create a strategy that will help your healing and performance while focusing on long term core and pelvic health. Exercise, physio and rehab really can make a difference and help you find a place where you can take part in your life again.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please get in touch:
- prolapse (bulging or heaviness in your vagina)
- incontinence (when you sneeze/laugh/or do exercise)
- diastasis (separation of your tummy muscles or coning or doming of your tummy)
- pelvic, abdominal or vaginal pain

Personal training sessions are in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
